Could someone fix this guy? (4121957)

It's probably OK that his first name is empty, and that his last name starts with the very peculiar Ðó, but it's surely not OK that the third character in his last name is DEVICE CONTROL TWO: (http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/0012/index.h...)

I bring it up because pages where he shows up when using the BBAPI (e.g. (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/BBAPI/roster.aspx?teamid=7658...) ... view after API login to the .com site) cause the XML parser I'm using to blow up, because the XML is not well-formed (see (http://www.w3.org/TR/xml/#charsets) for why it's not well-formed).

Rumour is that there are others. It would be nice if these things could happen:

- existing instances fixed
- the text at the source of the problem (a names DB somewhere?) fixed
- I think the others also have no first name. If that's not intentional, that should probably be fixed too.

These player names did not come out of our names database. Instead, they were a result of an old bug in our player generation software. It appears that that bug was fixed more than six months ago, but that the resulting players (all with no firstname and lastname Ðó) were not corrected. Jàn Ïtor removed the non-alphabetic characters yesterday. I have assigned the 3 active players random first names of the correct nationality today.
