Substtitutions in game are after fouls, goaltending, timeouts etc. i think that intercepted pass incident should be added.

That's not a stoppage of play, so there would not be any substitutions.

i mean the one that stops the game.
like that:
Player A intercepts the pass, but can't control the ball and ball goes out. B 's ball and e.g. 17 sec. left for shot clock. (no foul or lost ball, only less shot clock)
