What RL offense is the Motion based on? Hawk, Triangle, Flex? A mixture of many?

Motion: outside/mid range jump shot focus, normal pace.

...The motion offense.

It's an offense that is very common through the college level. It's basically a whole-team oriented offense, and is just what it sounds like: lot's of motion. Lot's of down screens, lot's of motion, lot's of passing and cutting, not much dribbling, lot's of off-the-ball screens, trying to get open jump shots or cutters to the basket.

Many college teams use it, and it is designed for a team that is more offensively balanced. The goal is to get the ball to the open player, regardless of who he is.

Not sure why you posted that 'to' me. I played the motion offense in college. It was someone else who asked.

Check out some old Denver Nuggets tape from when Doug Moe was coaching in the early 80's.

That wont work, you'll be blinded by Moe's test-pattern suits.

Sure, I will just head down to 'Ye Olde NBA Film Shoppe' on my dragon and trade my chamber maiden for some 80s Denver Nuggets footage...
