I need to work on 4 positions minimum in this year PG/SG and PF/C. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get the most out of training?

Choose 1 of both, start training, sell 2 of your 5 (or 6) trainees after a while and improve the non-trained area with the profit from that...

Do you mean around for players which should play at those positions in the future hopefully?

You would have to play them out of position for 48 minutes per week each in those 3 matches you can get. SC are good for this approach. I would suggest One on one for forwards, not knowing more about those players.

What I mean is that I have a players at PG,SG,PF, and Center. I want to effectivly train all of them for the respective positions during the upcoming season. How hard is it to be succeful when splitting training time like this?

I would say very difficult. But not totally impossible. You would just need to get the minute distribution right and most difficult of all, have decent trainees. The problem with this approach is that you'll not take full advantage of quality trainees becuae you'll only be training them for 50% of the time respecitly.

It's more economically viable to get better trainees in one of either PG/SG or PF/C and train them every week. You'll be the best return on them in the long run. You can use older players of similar skills in the positions that you dont train which will therefore be cheaper.
