I was charged 20k for scouting this week but I see no difference in the draft scouting.

Well all scouting done now, is for the draft at the end of season 8. I belive once the draft board was posted that was it for season 7. So dont stopinvesting in it, it will be worth it for next draft. Hope I was helpful... Good luck
