Train game shape. If you want to actually have better players, try training skills instead.

true but if he wants a boost quickly (rediculous), the GS is the way to do it! :-D

Don't do this!

Specially because the season is over. With only scrimmages left it makes absolutely no sense to train GS (DMI). The day all of us take the step onto next season, the GS will switch to respectable and, if I remember right, the DMI is 0.

Thats correct, right?

Anyway, never waste a week of training for GS and don't pay attention on DMI.

Almost: only the DMI of your draftees will be 0, your other players will have DMI corresponding with respectable GS... ;)

This is weird I had a player @ 40k dmi and after last week he dropped in HALF down to 19k. I find this weird as he has been playing decent minutes but not more than 80mpw, about 25-30 per game.

I have not been training my Gs specifically but none of my other G's or SF's have experienced that much of a drop in DMI and his GS and stamina are both respectable and strong respectively.

Is it unheard of that a player can drop THAT much in just one week, even though they are not injured and playing the right # of mins a week?

I had the same thing happen to me last week. Guy dropped from 38k to 18k, and his game shape only went from proficient to strong, a 1 level drop. What makes it weirder is that he has had at least 2 skill pops since his GS was last strong, and at that time his DMI was still higher than 18k. I think the admins just like to mess with people who rely too much on DMI.
