Is there any possibility to say how high the potential will be if a rookie has 3 or 4 stars in the draft?

lets say f.e. that a player with 3 star potential will have a potential between star and perennial allstar? or a 4 star superstar-MVP?

have you ever seen a player with5 stars in potential?

Last draft my top pick had 5 stars for potential and he turned out to be an MVP.

He was also rated 5 stars in his "Star Rating" and had an "A" in Skills, so he's turning into a monster...
