Hi! my name is Andrés im from uruguay and i speak spanish. My English is not very well so please be patient jeje.
Today (27/2) the training was delayed for a lot of hours. In that period of time i changed the training from resistence ( i dont know how it spell in english but in spanish is "resistencia") to form ( in spanish "forma") i didnt know that the training was delayed in that time, i changed because i will train form this week. So at the end, all my players trained form and not resistence!! Can be a solution for this? i would like my players train resistence and not form. I know that was a mistake but BB too cause the training was not at time!
Well thats it, i hope you undertand what i mean jeje
Thanks!

Is it no possible to prevent people of changing the training before the current weekly training is done?

One possible solution could be removing the "change training" option 15 min before the training time until it is done (or maybe until saturday morning similarly to scrimmages).

Another suggestion could be to give an alert telling to which week this change is taking place.

Regards.

You can tell when training is running late because it will still be shown as an upcoming event on the "News" page (the one you see when you login).

I would recommend strongly that you not change training type until you see that all training has completed. Luckily, you have a full seven days from the end of one training cycle to change the settings before the next time it is run. :) .

This is not valid argument - and even if it would be, he shouldn't be penalized for other faults.

No, there wasn't anything on the News page immediately - simply because you live in Boston time and you have to sleep. Meanwhile, he could legitimately change his training settings. And he is not required to wait before leaving for weekend anywhere to wait hours until delayed training would take place. And no he can't be sure whether training was completed or no for numeros reasons - he could have no pops last week (and could expected no pops this weeks) for whatever reasons; he could be a new team, whatever.

I think that with current delays (and not just this week), whatever causes delays on Friday (the day before weekend) is one of the unluckiest solutions user friendly wise. I agree scrimmages should be the last game before traing.

Sidenote: I hope that any personal attacks on me because of this post will be punished, because personal attacks, even from GM are getting way too old quickly on these boards.

What's the point? If someone relies on training being delayed and the training would be actually in time, it's his fault. Am I missing something? People who act according to rules - i.e. count with written time should be preferred in any solution, aren't they?
