At 7:42 in the second quarter of (10658947), There was a technical foul called. One the resume of game play, the clock counted down, but 7 seconds later there was a foul called and the shot clock reset again.

Just making sure it was not an issue with technical foul processing.

There is a better link directly to the time. The second foul I referred to happened at 7:29 on the game clock.

this is most likely a matchviewer problem, its hard to see in this example whether or not the game engine had the shot clock in the right spot because of the 3 second violation which happened before even a 14 second shot clock would have expired. If someone can find an example where this happens and there isn't a shot till >14 seconds into the 24 second shot clock that would suggest the Game Engine has an issue, otherwise the game viewer is simply resetting the shot clock improperly, most likely because of something to do with the odd combination of technical foul + missed FT not leading to a change of possession.
