In Estonia second round of the cup got skipped. We played the first round and suddenly today we played third round. Has this happened to other countrys aswell?

Edited the title to be useful.

I didn't look myself, but all of the games were scheduled correctly, right? That is, every team that won in round 1 played in "round 3"? And every winner from "round 3" is scheduled in "round 4"?
