Apparently the manager of L.A team in our league was inactive therefor his team were deleted.
The problem is that the new bot team got a name that already exist by another human user (hapoel beer sheva).
Now i even noticed to another very odd bug the teams swithced places. the bot got his lower team (7 at big 8)
and the human user got the higher (2 at great 8) which totally odd because L.A team managed by human before and niv131 (manager of hapoel beer sheva) is the same user.
