I've an enquiry on the Transfer Estimate.

Now say I have a high skilled Center (I don't, so don't bother checking), who is trained in 4-5 skills. His Transfer Estimate is rather low as it matches his highest skill (Say quintuple Sensational) against those of the standard 2-3 skill Centers and returns a much lower estimate of what the player is worth (Think 2M). Once the player goes on sale, I'm guessing he'll bring a higher transfer fee than the so-called average and I'll get fined for it. Are the transfer of multiskilled players handled on a case to case basis? Or do I get fined first and then have to get a GM to review the fine?

Just because a player sells for more than his transfer estimate does not mean you will get fined.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Happened to someone I know where the transfer fee was just outside the transfer estimate range, so I intend to clarify things before I start listing players.

maybe he estimated the range in a wrong way, i believe the GM have experienced with the transfermarket and the usually prices ;)

And normally they are pretty cautious with fines, the last case i heard from was an 3,3k salary player who was selled for 600k, where he just got fines in the hight of 250k. And even with all equal skills, this player can't be that strong.

The estimate came from the Transfer Estimate function.

So we can say that transfer fines are manually monitored by GMs, who will have data of the player's skillset, and will then use their discretion and experience to decide if a fine is warranted? And the only automated portion of this process is the Transfer Estimate function to alert the GMs of any suspect transfers?

And vice versa.
