If I am only training my C/PF, will the other guys get any better from playing or are they going to stay at their current skills?

I have a question about training.
In the second drop down menu where you pick who is going to be trained...
does picking more players to be trained going to decrease the amount of training each guy gets?
eg.
Player A plays 48 minutes as a PG and the manager wants to train his pressure.
Is it better to pick PG or PG/SG/SF?

So... whats the point of the 48 minutes training thingy if people are going to train many of their players?

Then would the training would be even LESS compared to playing less than 48 minutes but choosing only one position to be trained on?
like
player A has played 20 minutes as a centre and B has played 20 minutes each as a PF
but the manager only wants to train player A in IS...
does training other positions as well decrease the amount of training EVEN after A hasn't played for 48 minutes?
confusing eh?

I am pretty sure 20 minutes of 1 position training (for example C training) isn't as effective for a player as 48 minutes of 2 position training (PF/C). If that's what you want to know, 'cause you are right about 1 thing: your post is a little confusing ;)

So if im correct 24 minutes of 1 position training (for example C training) is as effective for a player as 48 minutes of 2 position training (PF/C),right?
