I am new in the league, I understand how the training process works and all but how do you know when a player reaches his potential? For example if they have a Allstar potential how do you know when they reach that?

you will recognize it with the training speed, you would first noticed that 2-3 skill will take an week longer then expected and after this is could break down pretty fast.

In my experience, when a player reaches his potential, it will immediately take at least double the time to move up a level.

Isn't this the same as the soft cap question.. I heard that the soft cap on an All Star is around $50,000..That is when his training will slow down.. Peace

Does anyone have an idea or experience about soft caps on different potentials? for example star or below potential?

Are you sure? Then maybe I sold one prematurely as soon as his peers started to leave him behind:)
