Hey all, what are people's estimates for soft caps for the various potentials? My trainees are stars, allstars, and superstars. Around what skill level of any given skill will I see them hit the soft cap? I'm rotating training to keep them well balanced and developing, but as is usually the case, some are more skilled in one area than others. Some have proficient skill level in one or two areas. Am I getting close to hitting the soft cap?

it is more like salary, i expect little differences but allstar centers usually beginns to struggle betwen 40 and 50k$ salary.

gotcha. And the salary is only updated at the end of the season, correct?

I wish that there was some way for me to know how much my player's salary is going to go up. I don't think it could be that high yet though.

(46657.1) Josef KA made a pretty good approximation of the salary formula, another approximation method is to devide the tsi through 10 when he has profient gameshape(but this isn't that good, but maybe enough for a small feeling about it)
