I was wondering if I should sell this player right before the playoffs? The reason I ask is b/c he is getting up in age, but has Hall of Fame Potential.I am not sure how well he will continue to train. So I am just not sure if it is worth to keep him ?

I would rather sell him . The potential matters a little in this situation . You have a lot of back-ups

What I really want to know is how much is age will affect how he trains B/C I know soon it will be more efficient for me to start training someone younger in that someone younger will pop more. I just need help on knowing when that is?

I think all above a million is nice. Maybe a bit more before play-offs

That's because potential right? I wonder what's you estimation for other potential levels, let's say with the exactly same skillset.

(i know potential is not important in this case, but it still influences the market value because some people will see only that)

I thihk there are some people who enjoy having a hall of famer on their roster rather than a role player , though they will play the same way. That definitly influences the market. Estimations ? Cheaper, but a lot depends on luck.
