I am new to the game(1 week), and I've gotten my team majorly screwed up.(learning) Is it possible to get a different team, so I can start the next team out right?? Can I reset my account or something?

No. The only way to get a new account is to stop logging into this one until it goes inactive, which usually takes a couple of months.
