I think it is far to say his low approval rating is baffling at the least. With CocoLoloMomo as manager of the U21 program they are a perfect 5-0, which is only matched by two other national teams. So if you read this and consider yourself a rational person, then please submit a vote in approval of the great job he is doing.

I voted for his approval but I think CLM would agree that wins are worth 95% of the effort and rating 5%.
Realistically, if he keeps winning then he’ll be fine and we’ll be fine. I know I don’t put a whole lot of stock in the ratings.

My rating was always pretty bad as U21 manager too, around what CLM was. It was bad from my first few days all the way thru to the end.

Good or bad results didnt seem to play a part either. Asked a few times to get feedback from those that disapproved and never heard anything really, which I suspect will be the case with CLM also.

Either way, he's doing a great job, especially with communicating what's going on with the team.

I'm agree.

It's complete BS that 45 people think that 5-0 isn't good enough.

I suspect the problem is people set it and then forget about it. Votes should expire every 4 weeks or something, so they at least have to go continue to say they're unhappy.. We be a much more accurate indicator then.

Or it would help if they would be reset when a U21 manager gets voted in for a 2nd term.

I obviously realize this isn't your situation, but just wanted to point another situation where votes cast a long time ago can bring an approval down, even though they do not reflect the success of a manager.

You'd have to ask him.
