I am trying to figure out the best defense to play against a team with strong inside scoring. Any tips?

Someone should summarize the offense and defenses and sticky it, or put it in the helpful threads.

Thanks for the help.

A 2-3 zone is probably your best bet.

and make sure your bigmans have at least respectable ID and average SB to be effective.

SB ain't that important, guards actually block more then bigmen, my center for example has 8 in SB and he averages only 0,6 BPG
That's atleast my experince and i have seen many others say the same

No not really, the thing that is changing with blocking next season is that now it is also possible to block shots on the players you ain't directly guarding (help defense)

I don't know if that helps the PF's and C's more then the guards though

it also should influence the defence, without blocking directly so it will help ;)

I am a bottom div team but my guards seem to be better blockers.

My understanding of the new engine next season is it allows players to switch defense. So if a pg comes into the paint and you are playing zone your Center might get a swipe at the ball.
