He's definately not worth training as a SF in my opinion. His OD, JS,PS and DR are all too low.

If you can train him in JS,JR and DR then yes otherwise I would leave him C or PF.

forget about training jump range. it's not that important. jump shot and outside defense should definitely be trained. driving and handling basically train each other at the same time. he wouldn't make a bad small forward. the only problem i see is that his potential is low. hopefully he doesn't cap too soon. but i would say go for it.

You're going to be playing quite a bit of catch up to make him just into a serviceable small forward. It would be better to focus on training him into a solid power forward or center.

This thing is I took a look at your roster and you've got quite a few trainable guards you could work with or even a good looking power forward in Torben Weithase. These players could all be a much better option to train then your 6'6" guy.

Christoforos Athiniotis, Erik Kala, Albert Elorza, Antti Sarjamo, and Will Hendrickson all are 19 or younger with at least allstar potenial... They're your best bet at training.

thanks, i think i will keep him at PF. i originally was doing a guard training but i kept winning with my inside focus so i switched to train my forwards and centers. im really new and may have a chance to promote so im not sure where to go. i think after this season i will make some changes in my line up.

Developing him into a PF still requires JS and OD training.
