1. Does having a player play all 48 minutes of a game increase his chance to get injured during that game?

2. Does intensity have an affect on injuries? ie does playing TIE decrease injury change and does Crunch Time increase the chance for injuries.

thanks

Before you get an answer:

Generally, if athletes (and people) are sloppy (taking it easy), then their chance of getting hurt increase -- or such is my experience. I will find how the Game Engine is programmed in this regard interesting.

When players play more minutes, then they have more time to get injured.
So I think that 1. is yes

Sure, but I don't think that 2 games of 24 mins each give you a higher chance than 1 game of 48 minutes, which I believe was the question.

Koz is correct, I'm asking if there is a higher chance of injury from playing all 48 minutes in one game or if it is the same as playing 24 minutes twice.

In the rules does not says that playing 48+ minutes in one game increase the possibility of injurue. It does says that playing more than 96 minutes in a given week will increse it.

As far as I know playing 48 minutes in a game is the same as playing two 24 minutes. The only think that should be said is that this is true for an interval of total minutes from 0 to 96 minutes in any given week.

Actually, there's nothing like that in the Rules.
