The 3-point shooting seems really off. I'm a lower division team, IV.17, but it still seems strange that my overall 3-point percentage is worse than a middle school JV team. Overall, I'm shooting .210 from range and my best(!) shooter is at .290. He has a "strong" jump shot and "respectable" range--not great, but certainly better than .290 I would think. I have another "strong" and "respectable" player who's shooting .176! Since my shooting is so terrible, I usually use an inside-oriented lineup, but this just seems "off."

Strong and respectable skills aren't all that great. They probably indicate the level of skill of a JV middle school player ;)

In this game, you probably need much higher than those skills to get higher percentages from downtown.

Actually not really, you just need to be facing a 2-3zone or a team with horrible outside defenders.

The opposing team and tactics seem to have a much larger effect on 3pt % than actual skills.

Need proof? Find guys on the TL with prolific or higher JR and I can almost guarantee their 3pt % sucks.

shooting percentage is greatly affected by stamina if you play fast game, and of course opponents team. good players from one league become best player in other leagues.

If theres something I noticed in this game its that experience has a decent effect on Shooting , just like in real life. I have a 19 yr old shooting 39% FG and 31% 3 FG with Atrocious experience , well he got a pop to Pitiful yesterday , and a 21 yr old shooting 46% 3 FG and 49% FG with Awful Experience. So basicaly what affects shooting is : Experience , Stamina , JS , JR ,Opponent , Tactics , Opponent Tactics, Position , GS and more.Thats pretty much it.
