I am in the SF of the playoff and I am the #2 seed (30867) and I am going against the #1 seed (28288). I am not sure which Offense I should run? The Number 1 seed has a strong inside offense and defense. I expect him to run with Look Inside Offense and a Mam to Man Defense. I was running one of the following: Push the Ball, Motion, or Run and Gun. Can someone help me decide or recommend to me which one is the best to run in my case?

I would use Run and Gun as your inside offense is not nearly as strong as his Defense.

In your case I would also consider FCP defense, as this might create a lot of TO's on account of his bad offensive Flow. Especially if your Players stamina is quite high.

It's a bit of a gamble but the thinking here would be that the amount of turnovers that you cause would outweigh the slight loss of defense.

I'd probably stick with a 2-3 zone if you know for sure that he's going Look Inside but FCP is always an option for a team with poor handling/passing.

FCP against Look Inside? I'd never do that. Won't you get just wiped out inside? have you had successes with this?
