Dear all,

I've now been playing BB for a couple of seasons. The next season I'll be fighting to stay in the Danish DBL at it will be though. The last seasons I've steadily improved my team with training (guards) and buying PFs, Cs and SFs. Now I've bought players for all three positions and I have a lot of money (around 3mio). My stadium seems to be big enough for now, so I donøt think that's the way to use the money.

Any suggestions how I should use the money? Basically I have one good player for each of the three positions I'm not training, so I could be some reserves or some better players and then make my current players reserves, but I don't know of this is that smartest way around it.

This game should show my team as it is best: (12806722). Ofcourse with motion and storng inside defense, but you get the point...

Thanks in advance

I think the clue right now for you is long-term planning. I would get some 18 year old HIGH potential trainees for PG/SG. One for your own team and maybe one for sale if you get a good price (or in the draft). I don't know the strenght of our competition in DBL, but your C/PF/SF's are no better than they have to be, so you probably are going to need reinforcements there by ASG-end of season. And I would keep building arena, although it doesn't have to be heavy investments, just some spare change now and then. It pays off, and as salaries are getting bigger, we are all going to need it. I have stopped building bleachers because they are the first to go when I lose a few matches, so I try to find a way to get a decent income even if I lose. Don't know if it'll work though...

Best of luck to you. Hope you'll make it through another season.

I would struggle hard if I were in BLNO with my current team, and they are VERY well balanced. I believe and hope the GE changes are going to give me an edge in the coming season.

Thanks. Long term planning sounds reasonable and I'm indeed likely to get an OK talent from this draft. On the issue of the level en the Danish DBL it is difficult to say. We have some leading teams who have been playing for a while and who are quite far in front of the rest. The rest of us though are new teams and I guess the newcomers in the DBL will not have teams older than two seasons or so.

I guess I'll use some money on a better center and perhaps a PF too. Should be possible especially when I sell one of my SGs who should go for a couple of millions...
