Weird thing happening with one of my top players..

In his rookie season, he averaged 17/5/3 with a rating of 7.0
2nd season, 19/5/3 with 6.5 rating.
3rd season, 17/9/3.5 with 5.5 average rating.

His skills have all increased during those 3 seasons, and his FG is solid and he grabs board well. 0.3 TO, 1.9 PF per game. He has inept handling and pitiful inside shot, but everything else of average+. Why is his rating decreasing?

2 seasons ago, when he averaged 7.0 he was playing mostly or exclusively as SG... now you're using him as SF... and getting a good rating on the SF position is the hardest because he has to have high skills in both defenses and jump shot and inside scoring and a bit of rebounding... I'm sure that if you put him on SG he'll get better ratings...

Thanks for pointing that out, I had no idea. I guess it's good to know that the player isn't getting worse. Thanks again
