I just won my IV league my question is will i go the same exact III league that the winner of my IV league from last year went to?

The more important question is how much is the advancement bonus? 200k again like the 5 to 4 last season? Or is it more for a 4 to 3? 2 seasons 2 advancements gotta keep it going
