Let's say that i just bought a player and I wanted to have him play all 48 minutes in the game tonight. Should I..

1. Only put 5 guys in the game that I want to train?

2. Or is there some way to limit his sub's minutes, because the guy I wanted to be the starter in my scrimmage tonight currently has 7 minutes of playing time.

3. Have nobody set on the depth chart at his position and set it so that the Coac Strictly Follows the Depth Chart?

Help?

I usually put the player who I want to play 48 minutes in all 3 slots for that position (starter, backup, reserve), and tell my coach to strictly follow depth chart... That works for me (most of the time)!

Also choose "let them play" for fouls... otherwise they will get subbed out if they rack up early fouls.

I tried this my last game. My player ended up playing 47 minutes - just short by 1 minute.
