When I am attempting to change vote of popularity, the page went wrong.
Also it would be nice if it do something, when i click on "Number of users online". Maybe it should show people who are online, but it does nothing.

Would just like to say that I can confirm this bug as well. An error page comes up when you click yes or no.

If I change my opinion for the NT popularity I get the following error page

after the change I can see that my opinion was changed but the count of total vote does not change!
It seems like a bug because the count of total vote should be better or worse...
