Since I am not a supporter, I am not able to search for what I am looking for in the forums. I have a question regarding tactics. What is a good defense against push the ball? And lastly what is a good offense against full court press. I have a few good players with good ball handling and passing skills. I am thinking about making my starting what we call in football "hands team". Any suggestions.

If you have good ID and OD, you could go with a man-to-man defense to defend push the ball. Push the ball is a normal focus with increase speed, so this defense will be normal focus also on inside and outside.

When I play against a team that i think will use full court press, I will try to speed up the game to give less time for turnovers, so use push the ball, RnG, or Look Inside.

Of course a lot depends on your personnel, and these are just my opinions.
