How fast does a 19 year old all time great potential player train?

same as everyone else
depends on your trainer lvl and on how many positions you train... and of course on the 48 minutes min rule
but the potential doesn't allow trainees to pop up faster, it just allows them to reach higher skill levels than others... (to simplify)
