Just scrap the whole team except the point guard and the backup SF. I'm not even kidding.

If I were you I would try and buy a 18 y/o small man and start training around him. Your best player is the PF and he is too old to train. Scrap the Backup SG for cash on the transfer list and anyone else who has any value.

Keep the PF and perhaps the C (Until you can get something better) Sell your current small men and get some young ones. The youngest I see on your team is 19 with no future potential. Get the value you can now and rebuild.

I would train this 19 year old. For an SF , he needs outside shooting and rebounding. If possible, team training for free throws is essential,. This guy could get fouled all day because he can't hit the charity. A 19 yr old with 3,000 salary is a good start.

When a team receives free throws , one slang term calls this charity. Also, the stripe marked on the court is called the charity stripe or foul line. The players free throw shooting is atrocious. During his free days he should go back to the farm and practice free throws four hours each day.

He's interesting not like most SF's. I think the best plan with him would be to train JS, Pressure, Driving at SF/PF. Training JR takes to long and his JR is too low to really even bother. Training Pressure will also give him secondary training at ID and he's short so training small man skills is faster. Training driving will give secondary training to JS and also give your player some more room to shoot as he has a small range. Doing it at the SF/PF position will also give IS training which would be nice to get a pop there.

And of course as said above some FT is essential
