Just wanted to know if anybody could give me a few tips or idea on his training.

Age: 20
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: strong
Driving: proficient ↑ Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

the problem is his RB so i dont think he could be a good SF. I would keep training his outside skills and go for a PG or SG, depending on what you prefer. Maybe go JS/OD/PS rotation for a good PG. This would also help keep your trainees the same (like the 19yo PA)

Just curious--what level trainer do you currently have?

I have a level 4, but cannot see any of my trainees (or the ones I've had for two years) looking that well balanced in just two years.

I train PF/C with what I believe are two very trainable guys(one is just a tad old but I've been training him for awhile) and they always get over 48 minutes--but the pops towards the end of the year last year and the beginning this year have been very slow and unimpressive.

I just don't see how some of these young players get so damn good so fast.

Oh well. :-(

I think the difference is the quality of trainee at the start. These skills are easilty attainable with a lvl 4 coach on 2 position training if they start at all respectable.

The players I am referencing were hardly poor when they began their training.

I probably should do some more one on one training though. I have been doing nothing but IS, ID, and RB for awhile now.
