Last week during training my SG popped in JS DR HD and his recommended position changed from SG to SF. I know this doesn't matter, but what are BB's differences in skills for SG and SF?

SF is a more well rounded position than SG, which includes more weighting on rebounding, shot blocking and some inside skills as well as outside skills.

The increase in Driving and Handling will have been the reason for the preferred positional change.

Actually, the skill that weighs the heaviest for the SF position is Jump Shot. If the player changed position from SG to SF, this is probably a result of the increase in JS relative to skills such as Outside Defense, Jump Range, and Handling/Passing.

I know that, but he still has the same inside skills he had before. I think what Juice said is right, because he jump shot is way higher than his other outside skills.

SGs are smaller and quicker than small forwards but most small forwards have more attacking ability and more versitile

Sure, but the question was related to how this particular game works.
