Hi
My problem is this, the coach let my backup PG play for only 1-5 minutes in a game!! and he is 18 years old so I realy want to train him but he never gets 48 minutes in a week becasue the coach.
What should I do?? I cant let that backup player be on the first lineup becasue he is not good enough.

sometimes it helps to play the player as starter + backup and reserve in this case he plays the 48 through, which doesn't change much for your starter but helps your youngster to get his minutes in his game.

You'll obviously have to start the backup for at least 1 game a week. For example, in a scrimmage, if you don't want him to start in league games.

"I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve."

Thanks for your answers.
If I had scrimmages games, the solution was easy.
However, Im still in the cup tournament and its risky to put the young PG as a starter..
Anyway, I guess I dont have any other choice so thanks =]
