Hey,

I'm new here and I'm wondering where I can change the skill points on my staff. Thank you.

You can't change the skill points on your staff. You're only option is to replace them with a specialist of a higher or lower level. To do that, click on "Staff," in the team section of the left-hand menu. Then, click find replacement for whichever staff member you'd like to upgrade.
