well, at least, even though players with star potential can be trained to 35k salaries... (at least the inside players)...
it depends on their starting abilities.. but if you trained a star from the age of 18, there's a very very good chance he will hit the potential limit with 21 max 22 years... it all depends from player to player, luck, personal experience and similar things, but in general, high potential players that haven't reached the max can be trained till a later age...
that's just my opinion though
