Lets get back to the point and find a way to help both Yehuda and Ehud and all future NT coaches.
I believe that we need to start getting players an overall skill level before we start training them to be studs in a few categories. That is what i believe is best for bothe teams. Find a player who can be a small forward and rough out the edges when he is 18-19 and then work on the 5 key categories needed. There is no need to have to always play an outside offense with a small forward who cant rebound or play in inside offense witha small forward who cant guard outside players. We get killed that way on the NT team.
The jump between U21 and NT team is huge. So things Yehuda can get by with the U21 team are not always capable with the NT. So we need to train players from a young age that will be effective on both levels.
You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.
