However, Game Shape is an indication of how sharp the player looked in practice and therefore how well he will be expected to play in a game; it is not an indicator of how effective his training sessions were.
I may be wrong, but I believe that this is another one of those situations where the BBs were trying to be cute in their description of the rules and not really a direct one-for-one representation of what the rules actually are. (If that makes any sense)
We don't really have practice in this game - there's the abstract concept of "training" which is connected to minutes played, but how well a players practices doesn't really have any meaning in this game.
I think this is a good example of where the manual is less useful than experience and common sense.
