hi people,my name is milton,i play in third italian league,i play from season seven and i want to do my best for this team.i think we don't have now the potential to win something but with the first draft in barbados history now there are fifteen young players(someone very good) who can be in the first few years the roster for u21 and major national team.the first to do is train these players well or sell to something who train well.i will do my best to help users make the right decision to train.i'm italian and i can cooperate with the great actual coach on national team.if we start doing well now in three/four season we will have a national with some good player and,if the barbados community grow,we will have some satisfication.
vote for me and i promise to do my best.

Hey all,

I'm a manager from the top division in Canada and I'm looking for a new challenge within the game. I've been playing Buzzerbeater since Season 4, and I've spent 3 seasons in the top league in Canada. I have experience in training players that can make the national team roster of the some of the most competitive teams in North America (see Domzal (6643746) and Moran (9976392) for reference) and I will be able to share those experiences with the managers in Barbados.

My expectations for this team are that we will lose almost every single competitive game at the U-21 level since Barbados does not have the depth in the player pool to compete against any of the larger nations. As U-21 manager, I will focus on saving as many 18 and 19 year-olds as possible (from teams about to go bot), and on finding teams that will train these players for as long as possible.

If any managers from Barbados have any questions or need advice, feel free to message me or post the questions in the U-21 debate thread.
