A 6'1" center?? I am assuming that is not the long term plan, correct?

Well his 2 other trainees are guards, so I would assume he is training guards, and right now that player just hasn't improved his guard skills much yet. I actually like the idea of getting a short center at 18 because then you don't have to train inside skills which take forever, you can just train guards skills pretty much the whole time, and he will still be fairly well rounded

I agree with RIP, he has the potential to be a fantastic player. Very nice balance of skills.

Are you training one or two positions??

One position right now. Next season will be a jump shot year, however. Obviously he'll train guard skills alot faster than he would inside skills, but since he's started with a strong inside skill set, I'm considering making him into a small forward. I'm not going to decide either way until next season, or maybe even the season after-I'd like to see his outside d and jump shot significantly better first.
