I know i had quite a bit of transfers but its because my team started off with really bad players so i had to fire like 12 of them so I guess thats what led me to the TL..But now that I look at it, I see i wasted like 150,000k in there for stupid players..I think i just got to be more careful.And also do you guys think I should just train my big guys and buy like guards that are about 10-15k salary, when i get the money to?

10-15k really aren't necessary, you could probably get by with playing your bigmen trainees and a couple of 6-8k guys on the wing and put yourself in a position to promote, depending on your league.

Only I would say for a beginner is start building bigger arena.. Don't worry to much about your players yet.

I would even Cut/sell all of your players over 6k salarie. (exceps your trainee's) you will still be good enough to stay in the millde of your league, this will get you more money. Spend a lot of money on your arena though. This will help your profit a lot. I recently invested 450K in my arena, and now im getting a lot more income. Spending a lot on arena pays off bigtime.

You shouldn't have any players over 7k salarie until you feel that it is tme to promote. Then buy a couple(2-3) 11-15k players. They will be good enough to be low end starters in your next league. Then buy your way to the middle at the start of your League.

1) pick a position and stick to it for training. for the first few seasons i prefer double position training since you will not be able to afford the high salaries at their caps. when you first start out dont worry to much about potential since you over-pay for potential and you do not have the money resources to over-pay. i prefer someone with like star potential since they still have like a 40k cap but doesnt come with the price. you will prob sell the player b4 they reach that cap anyway.

2) invest in a level 4 trainer. this is a very underutilized tool that a lot of noobs dont know of. this will really help you and i think that level 4 is the most band for the buck out of all the levels for trainers.

3) dont just buy a guy just to buy them. invest just enough in your players so that you will be competitive and have a chance to win your division. if you have to high salaries for your division you are going to be good but will end up pretty much flushing money down the toilet because you will be spending extra $ each week on players that are to good for the competition

4) always try to keep some cash reserves for expansion of your arena and the great deal you may find on the wire.

I would have killed for this advice when i first started and it will surely pay off if you follow it.

remember that you have to be just good enough to promote. you dont have to dominate the competition especially since the other teams in your league are most likely bot.

when i started in my team was only like 1player above 3k salary :( had to sell all but 1 :(

already got some decent players for my league:D my win average is +38 pts per game:D, 14-0 streak so far lol. and that guy who left from original team is only my 2nd pf, still in rotation so isnt so bad.
