I guess "un-greying" those two buttons doesn't happen automatically like financial update or training update. I think one of the developers have to change that manually. I don't know in which time zone they are, but currently it's around 6.30AM (New York) to 3.30AM (Los Angeles), so I guess we will have to wait for few more hours for somebody to wake up
