Get trainees and coatch, ad start training. Then try to get feeling about game mechanic and what type of player your team need before you start to put your team together. In meantime stockpile some money and build up your stadium. And when buying players try to buy players from your own country. To mutch foregin players in team will lower your merchandise revenue.

Ok cool, im gonna start building up my arena and yesterday arranged for 10 new coutside seats. I picked those because they are filled out more consistently so I will get my money from that guaranted. im expecting to probably be an average team next year so Im a bit tenative of building more bleachers and lower tier seats because i dont think im gonna be able to fill them. Do you guys have any advice? Thanks.

2-3 vip seats are easy to sell even in the beginning, so i would try to build 'em early.

I think it depends on the level of competition in your league. The trouble is that building up one's arena and training are long-term while a few good players may be able to put you over the edge.

Yes, but the long-term investment will help you for the rest of your BB career, while those few good players will be of little use on the next level.
