I´ve seen that the best lineup rotation to me is this one:

Starter ---- Backup --- Reserve
Trainee --- Trainee --- None

Dressing only 9 players if you want to get +48 for 1 trainee, dressing 8 to give +48 for 2 trainees, etc.

Best regards.

Also don't make the mistake I've made this year. Make sure every player on your active roster has a spot somewhere on the depth chart. If you don't, in blowouts, the coach will play the extra guys somewhere in the lineup generally subbing out the guys that haven't yet had a breather.

If they are available, they might come in even though trainer is "strictly following depth chart". That proves trainer is pretty dumb.

It is by design. The coach is supposed to try winning without killing his starters. The bench players can be used for all positions under strictly following depth chart, although some may argue that shouldn't be the case. Why would they even be dressed for the game if the coach is not to use them?

maybe stamina might be the problem, its happened to me before but since i started training stamina regularly i haven't seen it happen. My only problem right now is excessive fouling

-------
They get subbed out in both A and B. I'm surprised more people don't have the problem. It's happened to me at least 5 times, though it hasn't happened recently. Maybe it does only happen in blow outs? I didn't think to make that connection before.

I always felt crazy because my trainees randomly got subbed out every other week using starter, bench, reserve, with strictly follow depth chart, and with less than 9 players dressed. A few friends didn't have the problem half as often as me and they blew teams out too. It's weird.

People. don't forget to set let them play for foul trouble. That may be the cause.

#3 if you have more than 7 guys in the game, even on strictly follow, your starters will all take turns on bench in 4th.

Are you sure about this? My last 2 blowouts I played 9 guys, strictly follow depth chart and one of my trainees got 48 minutes in each game. The 4 subs and my trainee played the entire 4th quarter together.

It's also important NOT to have other reserves (3rd spot).

So instead of
P1 - P2 - P2
on other non trainee positions try this
P1 - P2 - empty

Driving = 1 on 1 in the training options.

Not sure about your other question, it's better to be as clear and detailed as possible.
