That's a great trainee, I especially like his OD and ID. DR is very important for SF, so I would continue 1 on 1 that will give a boost to JS too. JR will also train JS, so you don't have to spend a whole season training JS only like someone here mentioned. With higher Handling you will also make your OD train a bit faster due to elastic effect.

Great player. Good outside skills and decent inside ones. I would turn him into a SF if I were you, so I'd train 1 on 1 for SF/PF instead of what you are training now. But you know best what you need

You may want to train JS for forward to get a pop or two in IS. You could always make him defend as a guard at least.
