For good outside/ 3 point shooting, your player's jump range should be equal or greater than your opponent's Outside Defense. 9 is much too low for a good SF. 12-14 is ideal.
this is very debatable, because on offense DR and HA play a role, not only JS and JR. Even so, i believe that the GE puts a greater weight on OD than JS and JR, thus it should be a lot greater than the level of OD.
A good small forward imo is a guy who can defend inside and outside (you have done that quite well so congrats), rebound, and have
some scoring capability(I don't see the SF as the main scoring option - i know you guys may think differently:) ). Cheers for your SF, he looks really great
