Im starting scouting the division III leagues for previews now so slowly, league by league ill get this done ;)

i think you should definitely go with #3 the other guys can be like your backups or sumthing.... n like buy a good trainee this yr 18-19 yrs old and train him up and then like you said you were gonna scout a lot so try getting someone from the draft to train with your new trainee aswell next season.... thats what i would do..... n two position might be a good idea since they are 21 and you can get 7-8 pops out of em so maybe start 1 pos next season

Quick question: Would people rather me post up the leagues like as I complete them or maybe 2 or 4 at a time. Or would you rather wait till I have all the leagues finished?

So here is the options:

A) Give me each writeup as you complete it!

B) Id like to see 2 at a time! :D

C) 4 at a time, get a quarter of it done each time!

D) Hit me with all of it once it gets done.

Choose! I have 2 done already(scouting not writeups :P)

I might also be cool for other people to offer to do some posts! Having just promoted out of Div III.9, I'd be happy to follow that league along. Or, do you really want to do them all yourself? Key do being a good manager is to delegate....

If anyone wants to post writeups, be my guest! :) this thread is all about showcasing div III and trying to get some more community involvement and forum activity!

If you want to claim a league to post writeups on, just post here beforehand what league you want and then I know not to do it!

So Markruh you want III.13 and Coach Coach you want III.9?

@Beener, I probably will end up doing div II writeups, no worries :)
