I have wondered why this game doesn't let you train any skills in any positions, then make it difficult for you to actually do it. Let's say you want to train OD. You may choose any position you want. But you only get 100% training at PG, and something like 90% at SG, 70% at Sf, 40% at PF, 30% at C. This gives you so much more flexibility, much more difficulty to know what you opponent is training and position his players, and added bonus if you manage to place you trainees at those 100% positions.

One on one for guards and forwards train DV and HN at nearly the same speed. It's the secondaries that are different. If we can do this with every other training, and at any position, the whole thing about building versatile players would collapse. Everyone can churn out SF quite easily.
