Small cash rewards are a good idea, they have this in Hattrick as part of getting your managers licence. It will have little effect on the top teams but for new teams $10,000 here or there could be important.

*Obtain a triple double in a league game
*Expand your arena past X number of seats
*Sell a player for over 1,000,000
*Have a U21 player from your own nation
*Collect X number of scrimmage flags
*Have X number of positive PD in a single season
*Place a player in your Hall of Fame
*Win a match with each defense at least once

There is nothing wrong with these but for new players most of these are unthinkable and very long term goals. They are fine as achievements but initial ones should be stuff like:

Sell a player
Buy a player
Win a league game
Score 100 points in a league game
Keep an opponent to 50 points or less in a league game
Buy a staff member
Play one of your draft picks in a league game
etc

- Win B3 without playing LI or M2M.
- Have a one hour debate with Pini.

Those should be worth a LOT.

Those seem like things that should be in the manager checklist vs on an achievement page.

Im not a supporter of the money incentives as well, but maybe different types of achievements could be grouped up, for example:
League Achievements
National Tournament Achievements
International Player Achievements
B3 Achievements

and so forth.

Then there could be levels within those levels. A bronze level of achievements, a silver level of achievements and a gold level of achievements. Gold including achievments harder than the silver ones and silver including achievements harder than those in the Bronze section. Then when You complete a section of achievements(for example: Bronze League Achievements) you would get a badge or a medal where the trophies go(for example: A bronze medal for completing Bronze League Achievements). It could be a supporter feature(The medals not the achievements).

-Have 5+ players in double-figure points in a league game ($10000 then $1000 added for every other player with 10+ pts; 6=11000, 7 12000, etc)
-Win a championship in 1<season (in less then 1 season;or get to the championship) $20000
-Have a player score 35+ points in a league game $10000
-Win against a greater Division team in a scrimmage (D4 or higher) $10000

i don't like the extra cash bonuses for overperforming.
