OK, now that pretty much everyone has played their first round of the tournament, I imagine that we can expect a news post very soon.

How are they going to solve the problem with tanking? Any suggestions?

Higher salary floor?
Drastic decrease in attendance for teams placed last?
Perhaps a limit to cash reserves amount?
Or an annual transfer budget limit?
